At our Blessed Generations Academy centers, we are proud to have all licensed Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers who are not only highly qualified but also deeply passionate about nurturing young minds. With a rich background in early childhood development and a heart full of compassion, our teacher brings a unique blend of professional expertise and Christian values to the classroom. Mr Victor Shalom

Co-Founder and Chief Planning/Marketing Officer

Mr Victor serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Planning and Marketing Officer at Blessed Generations Academy, bringing a broad spectrum of expertise and leadership to the organization. With a solid foundation in construction and project management, Mr Victor plays a critical role in leading the Academy’s development and expansion initiatives.

His sharp attention to detail, strategic planning skills, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously ensure that each facility is safe, functional, and designed to promote an optimal learning environment.

Driven by a strong commitment to excellence and guided by Christian values, Mr Victor’s contributions extend far beyond infrastructure—he plays a central role in shaping the long-term vision and physical identity of the Academy. His dedication and multifaceted leadership continue to be instrumental in the ongoing growth and success of Blessed Generations Academy.

Ms Tina Truong

Executive Assistant

Ms Tina serves as the Executive Assistant at Blessed Generations Academy, where she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the organization’s daily activities. In addition to her professional responsibilities,

Ms Tina is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Nonprofit Administration and an MBA at Trinity Western University—further enriching her contributions with academic insight and strategic thinking.

As the cornerstone of our administrative team, Tina is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with precision, professionalism, and heartfelt care. Her commitment to excellence is matched by her genuine desire to support families, consistently striving to exceed expectations and enhance the overall experience at the Academy.

Ms Helen Tran

Co-Founder and Director of Operations

Ms Helen is the Co-Founder and the Chief Operation Officer at Blessed Generations Academy, bringing a powerful combination of professional expertise, heartfelt compassion, and visionary leadership to the organization. With a strong background as a licensed Early Childhood Educator, Ms Helen’s experiences in the field highlighted the urgent need for high-quality childcare services—an insight that ultimately inspired the founding of the Academy.

As a mother of three, Ms Helen has a deep, personal understanding of the challenges working parents face in balancing career, education, and family life. This lived experience informs her leadership style and shapes the Academy’s operational approach, ensuring that its policies, programs, and support systems are thoughtfully aligned with the real needs of families.
